Gladman Park can be a 25 acre prime site located throughout the established Wentworth Park Estate off Junction 36 with the M1 Motorway. The scheme has detailed consent to the construction of four units suited to B1, B2 and B8 industrial/distribution uses totalling some 300,000 sq ft.
Barmston Developments, some pot venture partnership between Wilton Developments and Clugston Estates, has acquired the site to have forward the roll-out of four new industrial units.
The website is found in a well established industrial location in Tankersley, South Yorkshire with accessibility to the regional and national motorway network via J36 in the M1. Occupiers within closeness towards the site include Mercedes Benz, Volvo, Distinction Doors Company Shop, ITAB, AECOM, HSBC, McDonalds, Premier Inn and Pilkington Glass.
