Langleys Solicitors has advised about the acquisition of Lincoln Theatre Royal by an Isle of person property investment company.

The freehold of your theatre, in Clasketgate, Lincoln, that has a Grade II listed auditorium, was purchased at auction by Aps Holdings (Iom) ltd.

The current leaseholder, Moonstone Entertainments Ltd who assigned the lease through the Pantomime Partnership Limited in September 2015, will keep to perform the theatre under the existing terms of the lease which contains seven years remaining.

“Aps Holdings would love to wish today’s leaseholder the very best of luck and continued success with all the theatre’s role locally,” said a spokesman for that company.

Sarah Miles, partner in commercial property at Langleys in Lincoln, said: “The theatre can be a well-known building in between of Lincoln and we’re delighted to support Aps Holdings (Iom) Ltd in their acquisition being an investment purchase.”
