YFM Equity Partners (YFM), the specialist private equity fund manager who may have offices in Leeds and Sheffield, has invested 2.75 million to compliment the growth of Sipsynergy, a Hertfordshire-based cloud collaboration solutions provider to SMEs.

The funding will likely be used to accelerate the expansion inside the clients through increase of the sales and support teams.

Sipsynergy has evolved a solution which offers a variety of communications technologies to SMEs on a economical basis. It’s been working closely with technology firm Cisco to generate the perfect solution which can be adore with a white label basis through IT and telecoms resellers and managed service providers.

As a part of the investment, YFM has secured numerous senior hires, to operate a vehicle website strategy, together with co-founders, John Fox and Barnaby Ritchley. These include appointing a completely new CEO, Operations Director and Chairman.
